Our work is recognized by the most prestigious industry awards programs in the U.S. Recent honors include:

 

The Tempe Town Lake Downstream Dam Replacement, in Tempe, Arizona, won the 2018 National Engineering Excellence Grand Award in the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Engineering Excellence Awards (EEA) program, an ACEC of Arizona 2017 EEA Judge’s Choice Award, and the 2017 Project of the Year in the Greater than $10 Million category, awarded by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Phoenix Branch. It also was honored with the 2016 Best Project Award in the Engineering News‑Record (ENR) Regional Best Projects program.

 

The Springfield Railcar Assembly Facility, in Springfield, Massachusetts, received the ENR National 2018 Best of the Best in Manufacturing Award, a 2018 National Recognition Award in ACEC’s EEA program, a 2018 Silver Award in the ACEC Massachusetts EEA program, and was named the 2018 Best Project in Manufacturing in the ENR Regional Best Projects program.

 

The Interstate 70, Section T20 Reconstruction and Widening project, in Washington County, Pennsylvania, was awarded the 2018 Award of Merit/Highways and Bridges in the ENR Regional Best Projects program, the 2018 Community Connection Award by the Associated Pennsylvania Constructors (APC), the 2018 Project of the Year Award by the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE) Northeast Region, the 2017 Project of the Year Award by the ASHE Southwest Penn Section, the 2017 Civil Engineering Achievement Award by the ASCE Pittsburgh Section, and the 2017 Excellence in Concrete Award by the Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association (PACA). It also was named the 2017 No. 7 Road in the Top 10 Roads program by Roads & Bridges.

 

The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport Terminal 3 Modernization, Phase 1 project was awarded the 2017 People’s Choice Award in the ACEC Arizona EEA program and the 2017 Award of Merit in the ENR Regional Best Projects program.

 

The Newtown Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant, in Brooklyn, New York, was recognized with a 2017 ACEC Honor Award, an ACEC New York 2017 Diamond Award, and an ENR 2017 Best Project Award in the Regional Best Projects program. It was named 2018 Project of the Year by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) New York Metro/New Jersey Chapter.

 

The PA Route 926 Over Brandywine Creek Bridge Replacement, in Chester County, Pennsylvania, received the 2019 Outstanding Project Award from the Delaware County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers (Delco PSPE) and the 2017 Project of the Year Award from the ASHE Delaware Valley Section.

 

The Route 30 Landslide Remediation project, in East Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was awarded the Engineers’ Society of Western Pennsylvania (ESWP) 2018 Emergency Remediation Project of the Year, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Pittsburgh Section 2018 Award of Merit, an ACEC 2019 National Recognition Award, and the ACEC Pennsylvania 2019 Diamond Award for Best Panel.
